About Lynda The Notary

Always driven to own my own business, I discovered that becoming a notary fit my desire to help people as well as become a more active resident 

in my community. Once commissioned with the state, I immediately began training and became certified with the National Notary Association. I hold a Loan Signing Agent Certificate from Notary2Pro. I have completed Bill Soroka’s Sign & Thrive Notary Training and am a very active member of the Notary Coach community and continuing education. I am certified in TRID Training with Fidelity National Title Group.

I have $1M E&O Insurance for my notary and a Certificate Liability Insurance for my LLC. Born and raised in Texas, I moved West in 2003. With my primary residence in Cameron Park, I still manage to get away to the mountains of Nevada where I gather with family and friends to enjoy the high-desert lifestyle. I delight in being an active member of the Cameron Park/El Dorado County community. I believe this is the prettiest part of this amazing state and the people are just as wonderful. I belong to several Chambers of Commerce, Friends of the Library, and an off-roading club that supports maintaining the forests.

My Mission Statement is: Bringing value to make someone’s life better; every day. This is near to my heart because I believe in doing this in every aspect of my life. Hopefully, I can bring some value to your day.
